See what your site can turn on, what it has turned on, and what each feature costs to run. Turn a feature on with a click and a confirmation; turn it off and keep what it produced. Prices change centrally, so you are never asked to update a plugin to see a new price.

Mint an assistant for your site that lives inside the same dialogs you use, asks plain questions and fills in what it can. Install it on your phone as an app and use it away from the desk; it drives the same controls you do, so nothing is hidden. What is a credit?

A credit is one cent of prepaid balance on your account. Features that cost money to run draw credits as they run; reading, listing and configuring are free. Your balance and every movement are visible on the billing report.

What is an allowance?

Your site receives a share of your balance ahead of time so it can work without waiting on us. It draws that allowance down locally as it goes and reports back in batches. When it runs low the site asks for the next one automatically.

Which price is charged when the plugin and the ledger disagree?

The central ledger always wins. A row the site priced wrongly is repriced when it is settled, and the report shows both figures. Overspend beyond the allowance is capped and absorbed by us, never chased.

How are premium plugins charged?

A premium plugin is rented by the day while it is installed and active, with nothing charged per use. Deactivating stops the daily charge that day. Deleting the plugin returns the deposit.

What is the deposit?

Installing a premium plugin holds three days of rent in reserve as a condition of installing. The deposit is held, never spent; the daily rent comes from your ordinary balance. It is released in full when the plugin is deleted.

Is there a free trial?

The first install of a premium plugin on a site gets a free look of twenty-four hours. Install it, open it, click around, delete it, and nothing is charged. Keep it past the free look and the day rate applies from then on.

Can I install and remove plugins freely?

Yes, as often as you like, for any length of time. There is no minimum term, no cooling-off period and no approval step. Any calendar day a premium plugin was active after the free look is charged once.

What if I cannot install something?

The screen names the amount required and the amount you hold. Add balance and install again; nothing else changes. A feature the site cannot support says so by name rather than half-installing.

Who is billed?

The organisation that connected the site is billed, not the person who happened to click. The report shows the signed-in person and the billed organisation side by side. A site can be moved to another organisation by disconnecting and connecting again.

Where do I see all of this?

On the billing screen inside the workspace and on the hidden report the admin can open from it. Both read from the same records, so they never disagree. When our ledger cannot be reached you see the last known figures with their time.
